Birthday cards

These are the cards I made for Kolby and Sidney. I didn't do anything as far as sentiments on the outside because I am going to frame them.

The Gruesome Twosome

My babies are turning 5 on Sunday. So hard to believe that 5 years ago Kolby and Sidney came in weighing 4 lbs and 4 lbs 4 oz. They have changed so much. I am so proud of them. Sidney is sweet and beautiful. Kolby is sweet and adventureous (to say the least). If one doesn't think of something, the other one does. They are each others best playmate and each others own worst enemy 5 minutes later.

This is them when they were best playmates. Yes, it was 90 degrees outside, but you can never have on too much pink. And Kolby, well, lets just say he has no issues with his masculinity. He has no problem dressing up in Sidney's clothes. That's ok, right?? I mean if he were walking out the door to Granbury High School, that would be an issue.

The Lone Ranger

This is the card I made for my OLDEST brother, Mike. His birthday is this week. He always used to watch The Lone Ranger. My grandparents had him once at their house and thought it would be a GREAT idea to dress him up in his western finest and get his picture taken. I am ever so glad they did that. How can you help but not poke fun at him?? I mean, hello?? Can you say Happy Birthday Kimosabe??

Card base is SU Basic Brown. The red ticking stripe paper as well as the striped paper are Flaire designs. The cowboy boot was actually cut out of a piece of paper by Flair designs as well. The Lone Ranger sentiment was printed in my home computer from doing a search on Google. The hemp twine lasso is SU. The copper brads are Spare Parts and the brown ribbon is from Michaels.
